Viscose approached us with the idea of a digital countdown calendar to give away prizes to lucky users.
We designed, developed, and launched the interactive 12 Days of Christmas Countdown all centred around their website.
As part of the campaign, the Viscose website was given a full Christmas rebrand, from their logo through to the colour palette. The design is festive and fun, embracing the holiday spirit, while building customer loyalty and brand presence throughout the festive season.
The festive giveaway campaign invites users to open calendar doors, each revealing exciting prizes, like luxury hampers, gift cards and exclusive discounts.
To ensure campaign efficiency, we set up automated customer journeys that trigger content-specific emailers all connected within the 12 days of Christmas area on the Viscose Website. We also developed interactive features that lock calendar doors to specific dates and mix up the order to keep the users searching like a traditional advent calendar.
Focusing on customer engagement, the campaign captures email sign-ups to enter participants into prize draws and keeps them connected for future promotions.
